Asparagus with Mushrooms
Number of portions  6
Materials
1 Bunch Asparagus (about 400 gr.)
1 Small package Fresh Mushrooms
Half Red Sweet Bell Pepper
2 Spoons Corn Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Spoon Seet Chili Sauce
1 Spoon Teriaki Sauce
1 Spoon White Wine
Remove the lower, stringy parts of the Asparagus. Cut the top parts diagonally 2 to 3 cm apart.

Wipe clean the mushrooms. Trim the legs. Slice the mushrooms to mid-thickness slices.

Remove the white parts and seeds from the Peppers. Slice to very thin slices.

In a large skillet or Wok heat the oil' add the garlic and stir for 10 seconds. Do not let the garlic to brown.

Add the Mushroom slices, Asparagus pieces and pepper slices. Stir-fry one minute.

Add the chili sauce and the dark seasame oil and stir-fry 3 to 4 additional minutes.
